Professional Background

Twenty years ago, they were pioneers in driving a change in Argentina’s rehabilitation model. They positioned rehabilitation as an essential link in our country’s healthcare system by adopting modern techniques used in leading countries.

They founded this area at the Fleni Escobar Rehabilitation Institute, where they worked for more than twenty years and marked a milestone in the history of rehabilitation in Argentina.

Today, most rehabilitation centers still follow those treatment models adopted two decades ago.

Today, our directors—together with a team of specialized, interdisciplinary professionals—are introducing a new paradigm shift, renewing and updating treatment programs by incorporating advances in neuroscience and state-of-the-art technology into the design of effective programs, with predictable duration and outcomes. They also develop personalized equipment so patients can fully achieve their goals. This new concept is built by integrating the patient, their family, and their attending physician, under the supervision of the specialists Dr. Olmos and PT Oscar AlzĂșa.
